Job Title: District Manager

Location: Delhi & NCR (All Districts)

Role Overview

The District Manager will lead district-level initiatives focused on women livelihood, employment, education, and empowerment. This is a field-intensive leadership role requiring strong capabilities in fundraising, CSR partnerships, business development, and community engagement, along with digital outreach.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute and manage district-level programs and operations
• Drive fundraising and business development initiatives
• Build partnerships with private sector and CSR stakeholders
• Lead community mobilization and women empowerment initiatives
• Manage social media outreach and digital campaigns
• Conduct field visits, stakeholder meetings, and local engagement activities

Candidate Requirements

Language & Communication
• Must be proficient in Hindi and English
• Knowledge of regional/local language is mandatory

Mobility & Field Readiness
• Car driving is mandatory (valid driving license required)
• Comfortable with extensive field work across district and nearby regions

Training & Travel
• Must be open to residential training programs and workshops
• Willingness to travel for national and international meetings, conferences, workshops, and events

Work Schedule & Flexibility
• Willing to participate in weekend meetings and field activities
• Compensatory leave (Comp-off) will be provided for weekend work

Compensation
• Salary: ?25,000 – ?30,000 per month
