Position: Community Mobilizer
Salary: ?17,500 per month + Mobile & Travel Allowances
?? Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community outreach and mobilization to promote maternal and child health and nutrition services
- Identify, track, and support pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children (0–5 years)
- Facilitate awareness sessions on ANC, PNC, breastfeeding, complementary feeding, hygiene, and anemia prevention
- Strengthen linkages with Anganwadi Centres, ASHAs, ANMs, and local stakeholders
- Assist in organizing health camps, screening drives, and community events
- Maintain accurate beneficiary records, documentation, and reporting
- Promote behavior change communication (BCC) practices within the community
?? Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (preferred in Social Work, Sociology, Nutrition, or related fields)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in community-based health/nutrition projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with urban slum/community settings will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting
?? Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with women, adolescents, and children
- Understanding of government health and nutrition schemes
- Ability to engage and motivate communities effectively
