FPO cum MIS Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate formation and strengthening of Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)
• Support governance activities including Board meetings and member mobilization
• Assist in business planning, aggregation, and market linkage activities
• Maintain FPO member database and shareholding records
• Manage MIS data entry and update project trackers regularly
• Compile field data and prepare weekly/monthly progress reports
• Support documentation, case studies, and activity reports
• Coordinate with field staff for data collection and validation
• Maintain digital and physical project records
Qualification & Experience
• Graduate in Agriculture / Rural Management / Commerce / relevant field
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in FPO / livelihood / agriculture projects
• Experience in MIS, data management, and reporting preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation
Other Requirements
• Ability to travel for field monitoring (10-12 days in a month)
• Strong coordination and communication skills

Salary
Rs.18000-Rs.20000 gross per month (as per experience)
