Requirement of Outreach Worker for sampoorna suraksha Kendra district hospital Jhansi
Education Qualification:
12th pass prefeably with 1 year experience at district level programmes related to health, HIV/AIDS, livelihood, rural development, microfinance etc.
Knowledge and Skill:
Good Computer skill (MS Word,PPT and Excel)
Strong communication skill.
Ability to work in small teams,and flexible way of working
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting writing
At least 20-25 days field visit required
3-Job Description:
Programme Implementation

Identify the network of At risk client and their social and sexual partner by visit to the catchment area.
Identify clients who are not yet tested or require repeat testing after some interval.
Map out the area for conducting camps for community based screening in consultations with the community member.
Refer at risk communities to ICTC/DSRC/ART centre for repeat testing access services.
Home visit to the at risk client with prior consent is one of the outreach activities.
Motivate the clients for regular Genral Medical Check-ups.
Identify community volunteers who will support SSS activities in the field.
Assist in advocacy meeting/ sensitization workshops with stakeholder and access to health care facility and social protection/entitlement scheme.
Assist to SSM/SSCM in Reporting of quality data and information in SOCH.
