for Health Camp Community Partner to support in
Conducting Health Camps for Truck Drivers
About the Project:
The project is a holistic and comprehensive initiative aimed at improving the well-being, health, and road safety of truck drivers in India. The health camps will be held to check on well-being including vision screening, general health check-up (non-invasive), health insurance and orientation session on well-being and safety.
Foresight Society of Human Resource & Development (Foresight Foundation) is implementing the project with following objectives:
- Safer roads specifically Highways by addressing the issues related to the vision of the truck drivers by providing on the spot spectacles.
- Mapping the social security status of the truck drivers and linking them with insurance schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-dhan and other social security schemes.
- Creating awareness and sensitization among the truck drivers about health and hygiene, soft skills, and basic Yoga techniques to stay fit.
Scope of Work:
1.Support in Drivers Mobilization and Outreach:
- Carrying out mobilisation to ensure completing the screening target on daily basis.
- Each CAMP location must screen minimum 60-75drivers per day as per framework.
2.Support in Camp Setup and Management:
- Identify suitable locations for setting up Health Camp (Min 1500 Sq Feet) as per space requirements to conduct the comprehensive camp.
- Camp site should be a covered building with a provision of lock-in-key.
- Ensure the location should have uninterrupted electricity and internet.
- On approval of camp site, install the infrastructure as per Program Design, payout and branding guidelines.
- On boarding of team members as per program design that includes MIS executives, Para-medics, Doctor, Ophthalmologist, Optom, Trainer and counsellor as per eligibility and qualification guidelines/ (A total of 15 Team Members)
3. Support in Stakeholder on-boarding
- Each camp must have minimum 10 stakeholders agreeing to support the Camp

- Local RTO officials
- Local NHAI officials
- Local Transporters iv.Logistic companies
- Warehouses with truck movement
- Drivers’ joints like Dhabas
- On boarding of local CSC (Common Service Centre)
4. Interventions at CAMP as per program design
- Registration as per the laid-out process
- Health Check-up
- Vision testing
- Linking through onboarded CSC with social security schemes like Ayushman Bharat and other relevant government schemes.
- Orientation on road behaviour and soft skills
- Dispensing spectacles
- Ensuring men power as per framework for each intervention as per criteria Setout by Foresight Foundation
- Ensuring real time reporting using SOPs and Tech Portal
Project Coverage and Implementation Strategy:
The project will be implemented through Health Camps at select locations. The location should be selected based on a minimum stopover 1 to 1.5 HRS stopover of drivers.
Seeking Expression of Interest:
Foresight Foundation is inviting proposals from capable NGOs/Hospitals/Nursing homes (not-forprofit) having experience in conducting such HEALTH CAMPS in last 3 years and having experience of working on-ground in the above-mentioned states to partner as Health Camp Community Partner to provide logistic, operational and manpower SUPPORT for the CAMP. Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in conducting health camps in last 3 years including eye camps.
- Capacity to manage large-scale camps and outreach programs with mandatory presence of DOCTOR (Full Time) at Camp Site.
- Capacity to infuse working capital
- Strong network with local communities, government bodies, Logistic sector and healthcare providers.
- Capable to screen and test minimum 7500 to 10,000 drivers per state in 5 to 6 months at one single camp site.

Interested parties are invited to submit their Expression of Interest, detailing their qualifications, experience and a preliminary implementation plan, by 15th April, 2026.

- Relevance of past experience and success in similar projects.
- Organizational capacity and team expertise to manage and execute the project scope.
- Innovation and sustainability in the proposed implementation approach.
- Financial capability to submit working capital (25% of the Assignment Value)
