Job Purpose
The Video & Motion Graphics Associate will be responsible for editing raw footage and creating motion-led video content to support Nayi Disha’s digital communication and storytelling efforts. This role will focus on producing clear, engaging, and accessible videos including explainers, short-form content, and campaign assets. Working closely with the Creative/Content Lead, this role combines strong editing skills, motion design capability, and an understanding of storytelling for digital platforms

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
-Edit raw footage from field teams, interviews, online events
-Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual content for social media, video campaigns, and digital channels.
-Create engaging animated content, including explainer videos, kinetic typography, and visual effects, to enhance storytelling
-Ensure consistency in visual tone, style, and quality across all projects while maintaining brand guidelines.
-Understand the narratives and objectives of video content and develop a storytelling approach through effective sequencing and editing techniques
-Conduct research and gather inspiration from various sources to stay informed about design trends and industry best practices
-Support script writing, production and team coordination

Desired Profile:

Key Skills
-Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or other relevant tools
-Strong skills in Adobe After Effects or similar tools for creating dynamic motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
-Knowledge of Photoshop & Illustrator for designing thumbnails, overlays, and other branding elements is a plus

Qualifications & Experience
-Bachelors in related field or 1-2 years of relevant experience in media production and content development
-Solid understanding of design principles, typography, layout compositions and video editing techniques
-Ability to craft engaging narratives and visuals tailored for digital platforms
