POSITION TITLE: Business Performance Executive
LOCATION: Noida
LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT: Yearly contract, extendable subject to availability of funds
Position Description
Population Council Consulting (PCC) is seeking a Business Performance Executive who will support end-to-end contract management, monitoring of projects and coordination by ensuring effective monitoring, timely communication, and smooth coordination with the clients, internal teams, partners, and other relevant stakeholders. This role involves tracking progress against work plans, ensuring data quality and maintaining high standards of project management and reporting. The Business Performance Executive will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, identifying risks early, and implementing corrective actions to keep project deliverables on track. The position requires strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Business Performance Executive will also contribute to strategic planning, facilitate knowledge sharing, and support high-quality documentation for internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project progress trackers, for internal management and client reporting.
- Update contract management procedures and templates.
- Assist in liaising between clients and subcontractors on contract-related matters.
- Ensure service contracts clearly define scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms.
- Assist in reviewing contract terms during proposal and bidding stages.
- Track project deliverables and submission deadline regularly to inform the respective project leads in a timely manner to ensure appropriate action is taken to meet the deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal projects teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, including but not limited to contractual obligations, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
- Support preparation of project documents, presentations, schedules, and coordination notes.
- Support the documentation and administration of service and project contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain organized and secure contract files (digital).
- Ensure proper version control and documentation of approvals and amendments.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure correct billing, invoicing, and payments as per the agreed schedules.
- Track project contract milestones, renewals, amendments and close-outs, and flag risks or deviations to the project leads as well as the senior management.
- Ensure timely corrective actions and follow-ups based on monitoring findings to keep the project on schedule.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of client-facing project management in an advisory or professional services firm.
- Experience managing vendors, requesting and executing SOWs
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word, project management tools, and dashboard/reporting systems.
Skills:
- Familiarity with project management software like Microsoft Project, Asana or Smartsheet will be added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and stakeholder’s groups.
