Position: Block Facilitator cum Thematic Expert
Location: Domchanch Block, Koderma
Vacancy: 01
Salary: ?20,000 – ?24,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage project activities at the block level
• Strengthen Gram Panchayats, Gram Sabha, and community-based organizations
• Promote access to social welfare schemes
• Empower youth, women, and village development committees
• Coordinate with government departments, networks, and stakeholders
• Ensure documentation, reporting, monitoring, and evaluation
• Support livelihood and enterprise development initiatives
Eligibility:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Social Work
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the social sector
• Fluency in Hindi and English
• Willingness for fieldwork and result-oriented performance
• Age below 40 years
