1. Remuneration
You will receive a consolidated monthly compensation of Rs. 15,000/-(Rupees fifteen thousand only). Please note that this is a fixed salary; you will not be entitled to any other allowances, bonuses, or benefits beyond this consolidated amount.
2. Primary Objective
Your primary role is to design and implement accelerated learning programs (Bridge Courses) to bridge the educational gap for beneficiaries (transgender persons or children/adults rescued from begging), enabling them to join mainstream education or formal skill training.

The Sansthan reserves the right to reassign you to any other location within Delhi based on the exigencies of the SMILE project.
• .Exclusivity: During this contract, you shall devote your full time and attention to the SMILE project.
• Termination: This contract may be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice or salary in lieu thereof.
• Non-Regularization: This is a project-specific contractual role and does not entitle you to permanent employment with the Sansthan or the Ministry.

Job Responsibilities (Bridge Course Coordinator)
As the Bridge Course Coordinator, you will lead the educational component of the SMILE project. Your responsibilities include:
1. Curriculum & Academic Planning
• Assessment: Conduct baseline educational assessments of beneficiaries to determine their current literacy and numeracy levels.
• Module Development: Design or adapt "Bridge Course" modules (accelerated learning) tailored to the specific needs of marginalized groups.
• Teaching Oversight: Ensure the quality of teaching remains high and empathetic.
2. Mainstreaming & Enrollment
• School/NIOS Liaison: Coordinate with local government schools or the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) for the formal enrollment of beneficiaries after they complete the bridge course.
• Certification: Ensure that beneficiaries receive proper certification or documentation for the training modules completed.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
• Student Progress: Maintain individual "Learner Progress Cards" for every beneficiary under the bridge program.
• Attendance Tracking: Monitor daily attendance and implement strategies to reduce dropout rates among the street-involved population.
• Ministry Reporting: Prepare monthly academic progress reports for the Project Director to be shared with the Ministry.
4. Classroom Management
• Resource Management: Ensure that teaching-learning materials (TLMs), stationery, and books are available at all centers.
• Safe Environment: Create a non-judgmental, inclusive, and safe learning environment specifically sensitive to the needs of transgender individuals and rescued beggars.
