About the Program
This project focuses on strengthening climate-resilient RMNCAH service delivery systems in heat-prone regions of India. Role Overview

The role will focus on facilitating engagement with community members, frontline workers (ASHA, ANM, Anganwadi Workers), and liaison with local institutions to support awareness generation, and intervention rollout. The position will work closely under the guidance of the Program Manager to ensure smooth execution of field activities.
