4. Reporting To: State Head / Project Lead

5. Annual CTC: Based on Expertise and Experience

6. Contract period: Initially for a period of 1 year

7. Job Purpose:
The Project Manager cum State MIS will be responsible for overall project management, monitoring, and digital data systems at the state level. The role ensures effective implementation, tracking, and reporting of project activities aimed at improving access to digital public services and strengthening e-governance systems for marginalized communities.

8. Key Responsibilities:
A. Project Management:
- Lead planning, implementation, and monitoring of project activities across districts and blocks.
- Ensure alignment of project activities with stated goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with district and block teams for smooth execution.
- Develop work plans, timelines, and progress tracking mechanisms.
- Ensure timely delivery of outputs and outcomes.

B. MIS & Data Management:
- Design, develop, and manage the State MIS system for the project.
- Ensure real-time data collection, validation, and analysis.
- Develop dashboards and reports for monitoring key indicators.
- Maintain data quality, integrity, and security.
- Support digital tracking of beneficiaries and services.
-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

C. Capacity Building:
- Train block coordinators and field staff on MIS tools and reporting systems.
- Build capacity of stakeholders on digital platforms and data usage.
- Support digital literacy initiatives for project staff.

D. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Liaise with government departments, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure convergence with state and district-level programs.
- Support advocacy efforts for digital inclusion.

E. Documentation & Reporting:
- Ensure proper documentation of best practices, case studies, and success stories.
- Prepare reports for donors and management.
- Maintain project records and knowledge repositories.

F. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and guidelines.
- Maintain data privacy and ethical standards.
- Ensure transparency and accountability in project implementation.

9. Additional Details:
• Qualifications: Postgraduate in Social Sciences or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of experience in project management and MIS/data systems. Experience in development sector, preferably with marginalized communities.
• Skills: Strong project management and analytical skills. Proficiency in MIS tools, MS Excel, dashboards, and data analysis. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of e-governance systems and digital platforms. Ability to work in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Language Requirement: Proficiency in Odia, English, Hindi, and local language (Odia local languages preferred).
• Work Environment: State-level position with frequent travel to project locations.
• Contract & Duration: Full-time contractual position (as per project duration).
