Job Description:
Arunodaya Trust, a registered non-profit organisation based in Secunderabad, Telangana, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Administrator – Voucher Writing & Accounts to support its CSR-funded Integrated Tribal Development Project being implemented across six districts of Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accounting vouchers (payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers) on a daily basis
Record all financial transactions accurately in Tally or equivalent accounting software
Maintain petty cash register and ensure timely reconciliation
Assist in preparation of bills, invoices, and supporting documentation for project expenditures
Coordinate with field teams and district coordinators for collection of financial records and bills
Support preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Ensure all vouchers are properly authorized, numbered, and filed systematically
Assist the Accounts/Finance team during internal and external audits
Maintain office files, registers, and administrative records
Handle day-to-day office correspondence, documentation, and filing
Support procurement processes including quotation collection and purchase records
Assist in documentation required for CSR compliance and donor reporting

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts/admin role, preferably in an NGO or development sector organisation
Proficiency in Tally ERP / accounting software
Good knowledge of voucher writing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting principles
Familiarity with NGO financial management and compliance requirements is an advantage
Basic computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good written and spoken communication in Hindi and/or English
Willingness to work in a field-based project environment
