## 1. Project Management & Logistics (Shakthi & Jeeva i and all is well)
Your core duty is ensuring the operational "health" of the anemia prevention programs.
* **Inventory Control:** Monitoring and maintaining stock levels at the Integrated Primary Health Centres (IPHC). This includes iron/folic acid supplements, testing kits, and educational materials.
* **Operational Flow:** Ensuring that the Shakthi and Jeena protocols are followed consistently across all touchpoints.
* **Team Synergy:** Coordinating with field staff, medical officers, and volunteers to ensure no pregnant woman or child "falls through the cracks" of the program.
## 2. Community Awareness & Health Education
Reducing anemia requires changing deeply ingrained dietary and health habits.
* **Direct Counseling:** Engaging with pregnant women to explain the risks of anemia and the benefits of the provided interventions.
* **Family Inclusion:** Educating family members (especially spouses and elders) to ensure the woman has the support system needed for proper nutrition and supplement adherence.
* **Training Programs:** Designing and conducting workshops for community health workers or volunteers to sharpen their outreach and diagnostic skills.
## 3. Specialized Mental Health & School Outreach
The role extends beyond physical health into psychological wellbeing, particularly in the school environment.
* **School Mental Health Programs:** Implementing and overseeing initiatives aimed at early identification of emotional or behavioral issues in students.
* **Targeted Counseling:**
* **Children:** Providing one-on-one support for students identified as "in need."
* **Caregivers:** Offering specialized counseling for those caring for differently-abled individuals, focusing on burnout prevention and coping strategies.
* **Event Organization:** Planning health camps, awareness days, or school-based mental health workshops to normalize seeking help.
