TIDE is an educational reform organization founded in November 2014 that aims at bringing about sustainable change in the educational system. As of December 2025, we have impacted the lives of 50,250+ individuals. We have multiple programs that work with different aspects of education. All the programs act independently while following a similar guideline i.e., working on high-impact projects with the aim of creating a system that resolves the root cause in a span of 15 years.

Job Overview
We are looking for a inherent leader to help us transition from a grassroots organization to a knowledge focused organization. The scaling and partnership associate will work support this transition across our programs:
1. Activity based learning resource centre- over the last decade we have designed and implemented several activity based learning materials (textbook aligned and also for foundational learning) and now seek to build an online resource centre collating and compiling materials while conducting trainings to support the uptake.
2. Education for /as/ through social justice
a. Disha camps and SDG workshops in rural schools- aligning with bagless days we have developed and implemented programs to engage students in resolving challenges at their schools and in their neighbourhoods.
b. Model city council and social changemaker fellowship in urban schools- we build awareness, understanding, empathy through dialogue and action around social issues in and around one’s neighbourhood.

Job Description
We are seeking a staff member that commits to at least 1 year. Their primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:
1) Develop institutional partnerships (with teachers, schools, universities, NGOs, and the government) to scale our work:
• Develop partnership toolkits, presentation decks, and communication materials for outreach.
• Build collaborations with the institutions (NGOs, universities, schools, and teachers) to scale the programs.
• Support capacity-building trainings for partner organizations including teachers, NGO staff members, and others that decide to take up our programs (we will also have expert facilitators where required).
• Support training of university students (Bed, MSW, BRS) to implement our programs in their respective contexts (we will also have expert facilitators where required).
2) Supporting ongoing operations:
• Support the ongoing operations of Disha camps supporting our grassroots field associates
• Manage, train, and support volunteers to conduct Disha camps in urban schools
• Continue curating ABL materials for our open access resource center.
3) Organization development
• Leverage existent systems for volunteer certification, management, monitoring and evaluation to support smooth day to day functioning.
• Lead documentation of our work
• Support the PR and HR volunteers

What would my year look like?
At the end of the year some of the things that you may have worked on could include:
Work on education for ABL RC
1) Partnered with 5-6 BEd colleges for their students to take use the ABL RC during their internship.
2) Partnering with 3 NGOs for them to contribute to the ABL RC.
3) Partnered with 10 college based volunteering clubs for them to run foundational learning sessions in communities around them.
Work on education for social justice
4) Partnered with 100 private schools (across the country) to run city wide children city councils.
5) Partnered with 10 private schools (across the country) to run city wide model city councils.
6) Partner with 5 NGOs where they conduct disha camps in the 100+ schools they work with.
Supporting the team
7) Supporting our operations (our field staff will be working with 50 rural government schools) alongwith facilitating model city council and social changemaker fellowships we run.

Skills and qualifications required
A successful candidate for this position should be highly reflexive, enthusiastic, and passionate about educational transformation.
They would need to have excellent communication (written and oral) skills across multiple languages. The candidate must be based in Ahmedabad or be willing to relocate and have the following skills:

Required Skills:
? Strong people management
? Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
? The candidate will have to communicate with school and NGO leaders and must be fluent in English and confident.
? Proficiency in either Gujarati or Hindi.
? Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (we use large excel sheets for coordination and evaluation)
? Passionate towards bringing a significant change in the society
? Experience in the education sector
? Growth centric mindset.

Desired Skills:
? Proficiency in all three essential languages (English, Gujarati, and Hindi).
? Superior time management skills.
? Experience with social media and public relations.
? Interest in educational research and policies.
? Experience in dealing with school, university students.

The candidate must have the following qualifications:
? A bachelor’s degree
