About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to support the SIDBI WE LEAD Project in onboarding 1000 beneficiaries onto ONDC and other E-commerce platforms using tools like the My Store App. The candidate will play a key role in digital inclusion and market linkage for rural entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities
?Mobilize and onboard beneficiaries onto ONDC and E-commerce platforms
?Provide hands-on support for registration and product listing using My Store App
?Market linkage, value addition (branding), catalogue preparation of the SHG made products
?Conduct training and awareness sessions for beneficiaries on digital selling
?Ensure timely achievement of onboarding targets (1000 beneficiaries)
?Coordinate with field teams, SHGs, and stakeholders
?Monitor and report progress on onboarding and sales performance
?Troubleshoot onboarding and platform-related issues
Eligibility Criteria
?Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business, IT, Rural Development, or related fields)
?Minimum 1–3 years of experience in:
oONDC onboarding / E-commerce onboarding
oDigital livelihood or entrepreneurship programs
oWorking with SHGs / rural beneficiaries
?Strong knowledge of:
oONDC ecosystem
oMy Store App or similar platforms
oBasic digital marketing and online sales processes
?Proficiency in smartphone applications, digital tools, Canva etc.
?Good communication skills in Hindi (knowledge of local language preferred)
?Willingness to travel extensively in field areas

Contract Details
?Contract-based engagement (initial period with extension based on performance)
