Project Officer (Education) – Roles & Responsibilities
A. Project Planning & Management
• Prepare annual, monthly, and weekly work plans
• Design intervention strategies aligned with project goals
• Ensure quality education delivery across all schools
B. Supervision & Team Management
• Supervise School Facilitators and field staff
• Conduct regular school visits and monitoring
• Provide feedback, mentoring, and performance review
C. Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise with:
o Block Education Officer (BEO), DIOS, BSA
o School principals and teachers
o NGO partners and CSR team (HCL)
• Ensure smooth implementation at district/block level
D. Training & Capacity Building
• Plan and conduct:
o Teacher training programs
o Community awareness sessions
• Develop teaching-learning materials and modules
E. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
• Track indicators:
o Enrollment, attendance, learning levels
o Retention and dropout rates
• Prepare:
o Monthly/quarterly reports
o Donor reports (HCL CSR, etc.)
• Maintain project MIS and documentation
F. Program Development & Innovation
• Introduce innovations like:
o Digital learning tools
o Remedial education models
o Gender and inclusion programs
• Support scaling and replication of model schools
G. Budget & Resource Management
• Monitor budget utilization
• Coordinate procurement (TLM, infrastructure, etc.)
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness
Remuneration -300000- 324000 Yearly

School Facilitator – Roles & Responsibilities
A. Teaching–Learning Support
• Conduct activity-based and joyful learning sessions in schools
• Support teachers in improving classroom pedagogy and lesson delivery
• Promote life skills, health, hygiene, and gender awareness among students
• Help create child-friendly learning environments
B. Student Engagement
• Form and strengthen student groups like (Baal Sansad), clubs, etc.
• Encourage participation in sports, arts, and co-curricular activities
• Identify slow learners and support remedial education
C. School & Community Coordination
• Regular interaction with:
o Anganwadi sevika and supervisor
o Teachers and Headmaster
o School Management Committee (SMC) and Mata Samiti
o Parents and community members
• Mobilize community participation in school improvement
D. Implementation of Project Activities
• Execute daily/weekly project plans in assigned schools
• Ensure activities follow project timelines and guidelines
• Support infrastructure use (library, TLM, digital tools, etc.)
E. Monitoring & Documentation
• Maintain records:
o Student attendance, participation
o Session reports, photos, case studies
• Provide regular updates to Project Officer
F. Capacity Building Support
• Assist in organizing teacher trainings and workshops
• Support volunteers during school activities
