Location: Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh with travel to Sheopur and Shivpuri, also in Madhya Pradesh
Eligibility: At least 4-5 years of work experience in a relevant sector and additional competencies
Compensation: Between INR 40,000- 45,000 commensurate with competencies and experience

- Design and implement programmes, projects, and work plans |
- Lead a team comprising diverse individuals in identifying and resolving structural issues while simultaneously responding to urgent community needs
- Supervise operations and research
LEAD, LAND RIGHTS: The Lead of Land Rights will lead our efforts to strengthen the Sahariya communities’ access to secure land tenure and justice within land governance systems. The role combines direct legal engagement with broader institutional learning, ensuring that urgent land cases are addressed while also developing a deeper understanding of systemic failures in land governance.
LEAD, MOOL SUVIDHA & FINANCIAL INCLUSION: The Lead of Mool Suvidha & Financial Inclusion will lead Zenith’s efforts on strengthening the Sahariya communities’ access to basic services and fair financial systems. The role focuses on addressing the gaps that prevent communities from accessing essential amenities such as water, food, and healthcare, as well as financial safeguards such as banking services and insurance.
