Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Projects and Operations Manager to oversee and manage groundwater recharge operations and projects for our organization. As the Project Manager for Groundwater Recharge Operations - BoreCharger and Groundwater Mapping Projects you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects aimed at replenishing groundwater resources. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful execution of groundwater recharge initiatives. Education & Skills Requirements
• Master's degree in Business Management and Administration, MBA
• Education background in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, Agriculture, etc. would be an added advantage
• Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in project and operations management in services industry, preferably in water resource management projects/Infrastructure/Civil/Environment Projects
• High proficiency level in MS Excel and an aptitude for data management, analysis, optimization.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully planning, implementing, and delivering projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project challenges effectively.
• Professional certifications in project management or related fields are advantageous
