About the Role :
We are looking for a Project Officer who can support execution, implementation, data analysis, and presentations for the NIPUN Maharashtra project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Support smooth execution and implementation of NIPUN Maharashtra activities at state level
Coordinate with Zilla Parishad (ZP) and DIET for program implementation and reviews
Monitor program progress using Power BI dashboards and MIS tools
Use advanced Excel for data cleaning, tracking, and analysis
Analyse FLN assessment data to identify gaps, trends, and risks
Convert data into clear, actionable insights for program decisions
Prepare state-level MIS reports, dashboards, and review presentations
Present data and progress in a simple, decision-oriented format
Support high-level execution and review work under the NIPUN Maharashtra project
Conduct basic research and deep-dive analysis as required

Qualifications:
4–5 years of experience in relevant field.
Graduate in any discipline preference for background in development, research, or education excellence
Power BI and Advanced Excel – non-negotiable skills
Strong ability to analyse data, prepare dashboards, and make presentations
Experience or exposure to state-level or district-level programs preferred
Marathi required, English working proficiency
