Core Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Tracking: Assist in defining project scopes, developing Gantt charts, and monitoring project progress against timelines.

Communication Hub: Organize meetings, take detailed meeting minutes, and ensure all team members are aligned on tasks and deadlines.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain, update, and organize project documentation, contracts, and status reports.

Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and log potential risks and issues, escalating them to project managers when necessary.

Resource Coordination: Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and ensuring teams have necessary resources.

Budget Oversight: Track project spending and assist in managing invoices and vendor contracts.

Key Skills Required:
Organization: Highly structured with strong attention to detail.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills for coordinating with stakeholders.

Problem-solving: Proactively providing solutions to operational roadblocks.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management software
