Job Description: State Project Manager
Qualification
Post Graduate in Education / Science / Mathematics / Management
Experience
Minimum 5+ years in education project management, preferably with government programmes.

Role Summary
The State Project Manager will lead the implementation of PM SHRI and RAA projects across Jharkhand, ensuring effective coordination with JEPC, supervision of district teams, and timely reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with JEPC, districts, schools, and partner institutions
• Supervise and guide district teams and field staff
• Ensure implementation of:
o Math & Science Circles
o Career Guidance activities
o Exposure Visits (within & outside state)
o Science Exhibitions, Quiz & Excursions
• Monitor progress through MIS and field reviews
• Submit monthly reports and project documentation
• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project guidelines
