Qualification: MBA (Finance), M.Com, B.com, CA /CS/CMA intermediate Pass

Experience: Minimum 3 years of Experience

Salary: 35000/ Month Plus TA and DA as per Organization Norms

Period Of Engagement: 3 Years.

Scope of Work
1. Financial Management & Bookkeeping
Maintain accurate books of accounts (cash book, ledger, journal).
Record all financial transactions (receipts, payments, journal entries).
Ensure proper classification of expenses as per project heads/budgets.
Reconcile cash, bank statements, and ledgers regularly.

2. Budgeting & Financial Planning
Assist in preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget utilization and ensure expenses are within approved limits.
Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
Support preparation of annual and project-wise financial plans.

3. Fund Management
Manage fund flow for project activities and field operations.
Process fund requests and disbursements to field teams, FPOs, and vendors.
Track advances given and ensure timely settlement.
Maintain proper records of grants, donations, and project funds.

4. Payments & Vendor Management
Process payments to vendors, consultants, and staff.
Verify bills, invoices, and supporting documents before payment.
Maintain vendor records and contracts.
Ensure compliance with procurement and payment policies.

5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with financial rules, policies, and donor guidelines.
Handle statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, PF, ESI (as applicable).
Prepare and file necessary returns and reports.
Support internal and external audits.

6. Support to Agribusiness & FPO Operations
Maintain accounts for Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) or agri-enterprises.
Track business transactions such as procurement, sales, and inventory.
Support pricing, costing, and profitability analysis.
Assist FPOs in financial literacy and accounting practices.
