1- Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

-Developing and implementing business plans aligned with the FPO's objectives
-Identifying market opportunities and developing strategies for value addition and marketing of agricultural produce
-Overseeing day to day operations, including procurement, production, and sales
-Establishing and managing systems for accounting, monitoring, and reporting
-Supervising staff and ensuring their performance meets the organization's needs -Managing the FPO's finances, including budgeting and accounting with Accountant
-Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements
-Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, Input suppliers, and other stakeholders.
-Communicating with and reporting to the Board of Directors
-Ensuring the FPO complies with all relevant laws and regulations
-Maintaining proper books of account and ensuring timely audits
-Providing training and support to farmer members and staff
-Organizing awareness programs and promoting the benefits of FPO membership
-Preparing regular reports for the Board and other stakeholders
-Collect Monthly plan and Timesheet from all Staffs of FPO and send to Board and for approval and future guidance
-Reporting and Documentation on progress of FPO
-Maintaining FPO Database of Farmers/Share Holders
-Provide monthly report, quarterly report, annual report, success stories and MIS of FPO to various stake holders as per the requirement from time to time
-Maintaining soft and hard copy of FPO documents, reports and other important communication related to FPO and other projects assigned to FPO
-Ensuring maintenance of attendance Register and leave of FPO staffs
-Any other job responsibility given by your reporting officer from time to time

Qualification

-Must have 2-3 years of experience in Agriculture/Livelihood Project
-Graduate in Agriculture/ Agriculture Marketing/Agribusiness Management or BBA or Professionals with 10-2 and Preferable Diploma in Agriculture/Agriculture Marketing Agribusiness Management or in such other related areas may be preferable
Remuneration 18000-20000

-Qualification-10+2 with Mathematics as a Compulsory subject & Knowledge in
-Computer & Tally
