Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join our Hospital. The candidate will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate dispensing of medicines, and supporting patient care with a focus on orthopedic treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dispense prescribed medications accurately as per doctor’s instructions
• Maintain stock, inventory, and proper storage of medicines
• Ensure availability of orthopedic-related drugs and consumables
• Verify prescriptions and check for drug interactions
• Maintain records as per hospital and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and management
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Act and hospital policies
• Handle billing and pharmacy documentation

Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm (Mandatory)
• Registration: Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in hospital pharmacy

Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of medicines and drug interactions
• Inventory and stock management
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic computer knowledge (billing/software)
• Good communication and teamwork
