Job Title: Accountant
Job Summary:
The accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements, and supporting the organization in maintaining financial transparency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, and manage cash flow.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for management.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to provide financial insights.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support payroll preparation and related statutory compliances (PF, ESI, etc., if applicable).
• Assist management in cost control and financial planning.

Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and statutory compliances.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally) and MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
