Job Description: Female Field Investigators (Qualitative Research)
Project: Impact Evaluation Study of a Rural Development Project Location: Two villages in
Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan Position: 4 Female Field Investigators Duration: Short-term
assignment (field-based) Additional Benefits: Travel, lodging, and boarding expenses
reimbursed on actuals
Role & Responsibilities
* Conduct Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and Key Informant Interviews (KIIs) with
community members and stakeholders.
* Collect and document case stories highlighting project impact.
* Ensure accurate, ethical, and culturally sensitive qualitative data collection.
* Maintain detailed field notes and prepare clear documentation of findings.
* Build rapport with local communities and facilitate open conversations.
Eligibility Criteria
* Education: Degree in Social Work, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
* Experience: Prior experience in qualitative data collection (FGDs, KIIs, case
documentation) is highly desirable.
* Skills Required:
o Strong networking and communication abilities
o Conversational ease and empathetic engagement with people
o Writing and documentation proficiency
o Interest in working with rural communities
* Language: Fluency in Hindi/local language is mandatory.
* Gender Requirement: Female candidates only.
Compensation
