Job Title: Project Coordinator – Health Project

Location: Kullu
Salary: ?35,000 – ?40,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Coordinator to manage and implement community-based health initiatives in Kullu. The role involves coordinating field activities, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring effective delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, implement, and monitor health project activities at the field level
Coordinate with government health departments, local stakeholders, and community groups
Supervise field staff, outreach workers, and volunteers
Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and data management
Conduct awareness programs, health camps, and community meetings
Track project progress against targets and prepare MIS reports
Support training and capacity-building activities for field teams
Ensure compliance with organizational and donor guidelines
Eligibility Criteria
Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Life Sciences, or related field
2–5 years of experience in health or development sector projects
Experience in community-based health programs preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
Willingness to travel to remote areas
Preferred Skills
Experience in health / HIV / TB / community health programs
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Problem-solving and team management skills
Fluency in Hindi; knowledge of local dialect is an advantage
