Job Title: Medical Officer / Doctor – Health Project

Location: Kullu
Salary: ?50,000 – ?55,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Doctor to support implementation of community-based health interventions in Kullu. The role involves providing clinical services, supporting outreach activities, and ensuring quality healthcare delivery to beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities
Provide primary healthcare services to beneficiaries at clinics and outreach sites
Diagnose and treat common illnesses and refer complicated cases when required
Support organization of health camps, screening programs, and awareness activities
Ensure proper documentation of patient records and reporting
Supervise paramedical staff and guide field teams on basic healthcare practices
Coordinate with government health facilities and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and ethical standards
Participate in monitoring and evaluation of health project activities
Eligibility Criteria
MBBS (MBBS preferred) from a recognized institution
Valid medical registration with State Medical Council
1–3 years of clinical experience (experience in public health/community health preferred)
Willingness to travel to remote and rural areas
Preferred Skills
Experience in maternal & child health / communicable diseases / community health programs
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Good communication and patient counseling ability
Ability to work in resource-limited settings
