Role Overview

The District Coordinator will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing programs across rural and urban ecosystems. The role requires a multi-disciplinary professional capable of handling field operations, partnerships, fundraising, and development initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s mission.

Key Responsibilities

Program Implementation & Field Operations
• Lead district-level execution of projects in Agriculture, Livelihoods, and Microfinance
• Coordinate with rural and urban communities to ensure program delivery and impact
• Monitor field activities, collect data, and prepare periodic reports

Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement
• Build relationships with local institutions, NGOs, government bodies, and private sector partners
• Facilitate collaborations under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives

Fundraising & Business Development
• Identify and pursue funding opportunities from CSR, foundations, and private donors
• Support business development initiatives to scale programs
• Develop proposals and pitch decks for partnerships

Grant Writing & Resource Mobilization
• Research and write grant proposals for national and international funding agencies
• Maintain documentation and compliance requirements for funded projects

Urban & Rural Development Integration
• Design and implement projects addressing both rural livelihoods and urban development challenges
• Promote sustainable and scalable livelihood models

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Rural Development, Social Work, Management, or related fields
• 1–3 years of experience in development sector, CSR, fundraising, or related domains

Skills Required
• Strong understanding of agriculture, livelihoods, and microfinance ecosystems
• Experience in grant writing and fundraising
• Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in field-based environments

Mandatory Requirements
• Valid driving license and ability to drive (2-wheeler/4-wheeler)
• Willingness to travel extensively within the district

Working Model
• Hybrid mode (Field + Remote coordination)
• Preference for candidates with own laptop/mobile devices
