About the Organization
HCPPUS is a non-profit organization working since 2006 for holistic rural development in Malda and surrounding districts, focusing on education, health, WASH, livelihoods, and community empowerment.

Role Summary
The Senior Project Manager will lead program planning, implementation, monitoring, and team management to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of development projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Support strategic planning, annual plans, and budgeting
• Oversee implementation of programs
• Monitor field activities and ensure quality and timelines
• Lead and manage program teams and build capacity
• Ensure donor reporting, compliance, and documentation
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and safeguarding norms

Requirements
• Masters in Social Work / Rural Development or related field
• 7–10+ years of experience in development sector
• Strong leadership, program management, and reporting skills

Remuneration / Preference
• 35000 – 40000 thousand Per Month Only & Prefer only Female Candidate

Travel
• Willingness to travel across project areas.
