ROSHNI-Centre of Women Collectives Led Social Action, Lady Irwin College, New Delhi (http://www.roshni-cwcsa.co.in/) has been set up to technically support the Deendayal Antyodaya Yojana-National Rural Livelihoods Mission (DAY-NRLM), Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, on layering FNHW interventions. The Centre is technically and financially supported by UNICEF India. The Centre supports scale-up based on lessons from available models knowledge repository on women collectives, undertaking research, and policy advocacy for evidence-based implementation strategies. The Centre aims to provide training and capacity building support to scale-up interventions across States. The Centre also aims to document best practices with scalability, stories of transformative change and undertake evidence-based policy advocacy on high impact implementation strategies.
ROSHNI-CWCSA is looking to recruit professionals to work with DAY-NRLM and our team. The Professional will be positioned at DAY-NRLM for FNHW (food, nutrition, health, WASH) integration work of DAY-NRLM and support various State Rural Livelihoods Missions.

Post Consultant (Knowledge Management & Communications)
Location New Delhi
Positions 1 (Full-time)
Reporting Day-to-day basis – National Mission Management Unit, DAY-NRLM and Centre Lead, ROSHNI-CWCSA
Roles & Responsibilities ? Package and disseminate programme learnings, best practices, and field stories through briefs, social media, and reports.
? Support learning exchanges, workshops, documentation and event logistics
? Develop communication strategies and messaging
? Coordinate with state teams for collection of success stories, photographs, and communication materials.
? Support speech note, briefs, presentations, audio-visual/IEC materials development, and design campaigns.
? Develop communication content (tweets, posts, infographics, short videos) for social media platforms of DAY-NRLM and ROSHNI.
? Support in producing knowledge products, case studies, and newsletters that highlight the impact of women collectives.
? Manage Knowledge repositories and data bases.
? Ensure all communication outputs follow required protocols and quality
standards.
? Provide technical support to State Rural Livelihoods Missions (SRLMs) for integrating FNHW interventions as per the DAY-NRLM framework.
? Support the design and rollout of state-level capacity-building plans, including training of trainers and Social and Behaviour Change (SBC) initiatives.
? Assist in developing and strengthening training content, modules, and SBC materials for state and district teams.
? Provide support during state-level reviews, workshops/events, and field visits.
Required qualifications and skills ? Postgraduate degree in Development Communication, Rural Development, Social Work, Gender Studies, Public Health, Nutrition, or related fields from reputed institutions.
? At least 8-9 years of relevant experience in programme implementation,
capacity building, or communication in development sectors (FNHW, gender, or livelihoods preferred).
? Experience working with government systems such as DAY-NRLM/SRLMs or community-based organizations is desirable.
? Experience of working at the community level for programme implementation is desirable.
? Strong documentation and communication skills (English and Hindi, written and spoken).
? Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate with diverse teams, and work independently.
? Willingness to travel to states and field locations as and when needed.
? Any other tasks assigned by DAY-NRLM and ROSHNI Centre
Remuneration As per the qualification and experience
Location This position is based in New Delhi at DAY-NRLM and ROSHNI office as required.
