Job summary:

The MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive is responsible for collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting data to support decision-making and program implementation. The role ensures accurate data management, timely reporting, and effective monitoring of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Keeping record of training and updating the list of participants of any capacity building sessions/training
Maintaining record of weekly and monthly work plan
Inform project team for any scheduled meeting
Data Entry and Data Cleaning work for different surveys, study, training participants
Keeping list of participants of EDP training session, Digital Literacy Training, Financial Literacy Training and any other capacity building session
Support to project team in Power Point Presentation Development
Keeping record of project expense and CoE expenses under different activities
Support to project team to organize online/offline meeting
Maintaining Office/CoE Stock Register, Attendance Register and other record required by project team
Any other task/responsibility assigned by the supervisor

Key Skills:

Minimum Graduation, BCA degree would be preferred
Minimum of two (2) years’ of working experience in MIS or Monitoring Evaluation and Learning
Working knowledge of MS Office
Should have working experience in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience of working in Social Sector would be preferred
Willing to travel 20-30% of the time
