About the Organization:
Sutanutir Sakhya is a women's right based non-profit organization. We have recently completed a one year project on Elimination of gender based atrocities and creating safety nets for survivors and we are seeking an experienced consultant to develop a comprehensive final report in a structured format.

Scope of Work:
Review all project documents, data, and reports
Compile and analyze project outcomes and impact
Develop a well-structured, high-quality final report
Include case studies, success stories, and lessons learned
Ensure the report meets donor/reporting standards
Incorporate feedback and finalize the report
Duration: 2 weeks
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in report writing for NGOs/development projects
Strong analytical and writing skills
Familiarity with gender, women and adolescent empowerment
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Experience working with donor-funded projects is preferred

Deliverables:

Draft report
Final report (after revisions)
