03 . Educational and other qualification required :
Bachelor’s Degree from recognized university/ Institute (full time course).

Experience: Minimum 02 Years of relevant work experience after Graduation.

Desirable: Experience in managing routine administrative work in the Registrar’s Office or Director’s Office will be preferred.

04 . Job Profile :

• Assist the Office of the Director for all administrative purposes.
• Maintain appointment diary for the Director.
• Maintaining travel requisition forms for all the staff members.
• Record and write effective and accurate minutes of meeting in English and disseminate to members within tight deadlines.
• Independently compose official email on behalf of the Director and Registrar with their direction.
• Meticulously maintain documents / records online and in hard copy files.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and display diplomacy when dealing with sensitive matters pertaining to the Director’s/
Registrar’s office.
• Booking of institutional facilities like auditorium, class rooms, meeting rooms etc. for internal and external members and maintaining records for bookings made.
• Providing logistic support for the meetings being arranged by internal / external service providers.
• Processing bills for the facilities booked by internal or external members.
• Any other duties given by the Director’s /Registrar's office.

General Information :
1. Persons employed in Government / Semi Government Organizations / Autonomous Bodies should submit their application along with No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer.
2. Degree as referred above should have been awarded by a recognized University / Institute.

9. No TA / DA will be paid to attend the selection process, if called for.
10. Call letters to the shortlisted applicant shall be sent by email. No postal communication shall be made.
11. Canvassing in any manner would be entail disqualification of the candidature.
12. The decision of the IIPHG in all matters will be final. No correspondence / interim inquiries will be entertained from the candidate in connection with the process of selection.
13. Any dispute with regard to the selection process will be subject to the Courts / Tribunals having jurisdiction over Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
