State Project Manager

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for project implementation across the state
Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth execution
Supervise and guide district-level teams, ensuring alignment with project goals
Monitor progress, identify gaps, and ensure timely reporting and deliverables
Review district reports and provide actionable insights for improvement
Conduct review meetings, field visits, and performance evaluations
Ensure proper utilization of resources and compliance with project guidelines
Support development of program strategies, tools, and frameworks
Prepare and submit state-level reports, dashboards, and documentation
Minimum Qualification:
Postgraduate in Education / Science / Mathematics / Management
Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in project/program management
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Data analysis and reporting ability
Experience in education or government projects (preferred)
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
