Role Purpose
SES seeks a dedicated professional to lead data research and prospect mapping using donor intelligence tools. The role will directly support SES’s fundraising strategy by developing comprehensive donor and investor datasets tailored to our sustainability, livelihood, and environmental projects.
??? Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured searches on donor intelligence platforms.
• Build and maintain comprehensive datasets of high-net-worth individuals, CSR-linked philanthropists, volunteers, and impact investors.
• Categorize prospects by location, net worth, volunteering activity, and cause alignment.
• Map donor interests to SES’s priority projects (staff sustainability, livelihood innovation, environmental outreach).
• Prepare prospect lists and outreach-ready reports for SES leadership.
• Support fundraising planning by identifying tiered donor pools (major donors, recurring supporters, impact investors).
Desired Profile
• Strong background in data research, donor intelligence, or CSR prospecting.
• Familiarity with NGO fundraising strategies and impact investment concepts.
• Excellent skills in data organization, analysis, and reporting.
• Ability to translate datasets into actionable outreach strategies.
• Warm communication style, with capacity to work collaboratively in SES’s grassroots context.
