About the Organization
Gram Chetna Kendra (GCK) has been working since 1989 in the areas of WASH, agriculture, livelihoods, and community development across Rajasthan.
GCK also supports a women-led Farmer Producer Organization (FPO), Khejri Mahila Producer Company Limited, where 350 women are engaged in the production of spices, mustard oil, and besan across multiple production centers.

Position Title: Sales Person
Number of Positions: 03

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell FPO products (spices, mustard oil, besan) in local and nearby markets.
• Identify new customers, retailers, wholesalers, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and retailers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely delivery.
• Maintain records of sales, orders, payments, and stock.
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, stalls, and promotional campaigns.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with the team for improvement.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally for market visits.
• Basic knowledge of record-keeping and reporting.
• Honest, proactive, and target-oriented approach.

Qualification & Experience:
• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales (FMCG/agriculture products preferred).
• Local market knowledge will be an advantage.

Compensation:
• CTC: ?15,000 – ?20,000 per month (based on experience)
• Incentives may be provided based on performance
