We are seeking passionate and driven individuals who are eager to make a meaningful contribution to the field of ecology and sustainability. While educational qualifications in life sciences or related fields are preferred, a genuine interest in the environment and the ability to work with students and field teams is more important than formal qualifications. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging sessions on biodiversity, sustainability, and environmental topics for school and college students.
- Confidently handle diverse student groups (Class 1 to 12) and adapt communication accordingly.
- Assist in planning and coordinating programs, workshops, competitions, and field
activities.
- Participate in field surveys and data collection, either independently or as part of a team.
- Support documentation and communication tasks related to ongoing projects.
- Willingness to travel within and beyond Bengaluru for outreach and fieldwork
assignments.

Requirements:
- Freshers or candidates with relevant experience in life sciences, environmental studies, or similar fields are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in English; fluency in Kannada will be an added advantage.
- Responsible, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn and
grow.
