CEO will deal with day to day operations of FPC, mandatory Legal compliances, Preparing business plan, resource mapping, budget control, review the process, monitoring of human capital, preparing report and presentation to BODs and where and when needed, maintaining healthy relationship with stake holders. Represent FPC on various platforms.
The candidate must have :
1. Regular Graduate degree ( Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Business Management from a government recognized university with at least 03 year of relevant experience.
2. Knowledge of computers, MS office and typing skills in Hindi and English as well.
3. Domicile of CG
4. Age not below to 21 yr and maximum up to 45 Yrs as on 01 Jan 2026.
5. Preference shall be given to person familiar with rural market.

The services are on purely contractual basis and limited to 31st March 2027 but extendable till next financial year upon satisfactory work performance.

The FPC offering remuneration up to INR 25000/- per month for suitable candidates.
