UPHOLD is seeking a dynamic and motivated Government Liaison & Resource Mobilizer to strengthen its engagement with government departments and mobilize project opportunities. The role involves close coordination with district and state-level authorities, especially in the Development sectors.

Key responsibilities:
• Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders
• Liaison with departments related to Social Welfare and other departments related to development sector
• Identify and track relevant government schemes, tenders, and funding opportunities
• Mobilize and secure government-supported projects for the organization
• Coordinate proposal submissions, documentation, and follow-ups
• Represent UPHOLD in official meetings and consultations
• Support internal teams in project onboarding and compliance
• Ensure effective communication and reporting with government officials

Eligibility Criteria:
• Age: Below 30 years
• Qualification: Graduate (Social Work, Public Administration, Health, or related fields preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in NGO sector / government liaison / field coordination (preferred)
• Language: Fluency in Telugu and English

Required Skills:
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Understanding of government systems and processes
• High adaptability and willingness to travel extensively
• Result-oriented and proactive approach

Compensation:
Up to 20000 INR per month
