Role & Responsibilities
• Support and manage overall project implementation at field level
• Supervise and coordinate with Centre Supervisors and Trainers
• Oversee operations of stitching and training centres
• Coordinate effectively with NGO team and CSR stakeholders
• Ensure timely reporting and MIS management (MS Word proficiency required)
• Maintain proper documentation and records
• Facilitate training sessions and capacity-building initiatives
• Support enterprise development and business-oriented activities
• Assist in managing women-led enterprise operations and SHG-based activities
• Ensure smooth communication between field teams and management
