Role Overview
Lead implementation of urban community development initiatives focused on digital inclusion, health, women empowerment (SHGs & livelihoods), remedial education, and access to government services, targeting vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end project implementation across assigned areas
• Plan, monitor, and report program activities (MIS & documentation)
• Lead field teams and ensure target achievement
• Strengthen SHGs and support women-led livelihood initiatives
• Facilitate community health interventions and service linkages
• Oversee remedial education support for children and adolescents
• Liaise with government departments, ULBs, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with budgets and donor requirements

Eligibility
• Master’s in Social Work / Development / Public Health / Education or related field
• 7–10 years’ experience in program management (health/SHG/livelihood/education preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication (Hindi & English), and reporting skills
• Field-oriented; willing to travel locally
