Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of Jeeva’s programs. The role involves coordinating with field teams, ensuring timely execution of activities, and maintaining program documentation and reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management:
• Plan and coordinate program activities in line with organizational goals
• Support implementation of projects across locations
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of program outputs
• Coordinate with field staff, partners, and stakeholders
Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain program records, case studies, and activity reports
• Prepare monthly and quarterly program reports
• Support documentation for donor reporting and proposals
Coordination & Communication:
• Act as a liaison between program teams and leadership
• Organize meetings, trainings, and community events
• Support stakeholder engagement including community groups and partners
Monitoring & Evaluation:
• Track key indicators and support data collection
• Assist in impact assessment and learning documentation
• Ensure quality and accountability in program delivery

Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in program coordination (preferably in NGO sector)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred:
• Experience working with marginalised communities
• Understanding of donor-funded projects and reporting
• Basic knowledge of monitoring & evaluation frameworks
