About the Organization
Bantra St. Thomas’ Home Welfare Society is a non-profit organization committed to serving poor and needy patients and strengthening community health initiatives. We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive – Fundraising to support and strengthen our resource mobilization efforts.

Educational Qualification (Preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
• Social Work (BSW / MSW)
• Public Relations
• Marketing
• Communications
• Development Studies
• Any other relevant field

Experience
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, donor relations, proposal development, or resource mobilization (NGO sector preferred).


Key Skills & Competencies
Communication & Content Development
• Excellent English writing skills (proposals, donor communication, reports)
• Ability to confidently communicate with donors and stakeholders
• Development of newsletters, blogs, brochures, graphics, success stories,
and website content.

Proposal & Grant Writing
• Preparation of concept notes and high-quality project proposals (narrative and financial)
• Timely submission of proposals as per donor guidelines
• Preparation of donor progress reports (narrative and financial)

Donor & Stakeholder Management
• Research and identify potential donors (corporates, foundations, trusts, individuals)
• Build and maintain strong donor relationships
• Lead donor follow-ups and facilitate MoU/contract processes
• Manage and coordinate donor visits to project sites

Digital & Online Fundraising
• Email marketing and social media campaigns
• Registration and engagement on crowdfunding platforms
• Development of volunteer networks to enhance fundraising efforts

Financial & Budget Understanding
• Basic knowledge of budgeting
• Understanding of financial components in project proposals.


Job Duties
• Develop, support and promote the vision, mission and values of the organization, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach by way of newsletters, blogs, graphics, websites, success stories, brochures, videos and other social media.
• Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase the visibility of the organization among donors, well-wishers, friends, governments, local communities and other stakeholders.
• Research potential donors among corporates, private foundations, trusts, funding organizations and individuals to gain insight into needs, beliefs and donation habits to understand how to position the organization to them and act as a liaison.
• Develop concept notes, high-quality project proposals (Narrative and financial) and ensure their timely submission.
• In consultation with Project Team, prepare and submit compelling donor progress reports (narrative and financial), monitoring and evaluation requirements in accordance with donor criteria and deadlines, remain in regular follow-ups with the donors, and lead the MOU / Contract signing between the organizations.
• Manage and lead visits of corporate and individual partners to project sites.
• Identify and register the organization with various online fundraising platforms
• Develop a volunteer network for enhancing crowdfunding.
• Assist in planning and coordinating events meant to raise funds.
• Attend appropriate fundraising and marketing events.
• Be willing and passionate to join in periodical training sessions.
• Prepare an annual work plan to ensure a planned, strategic approach to fundraising in order to achieve growth in line with annually agreed targets, objectives and activities.
• Undertake independent research in finding alternative resources for the long-term sustainability of the organization.
• Establish regular communication with Board members and share progress.
• Other related duties as delegated by the Board of the organization.
