We are looking for a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. You will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to stitch, trim, and finish garments or other fabric products. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent quality in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities :-
• Machine Operation: Operate industrial single-needle, double-needle, or overlock (interlock) machines to join fabric parts.
• Preparation: Select the correct thread, needles, and attachments based on the specific job requirements.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects like loose threads, uneven stitching, or incorrect sizing.
• Maintenance: Perform basic machine maintenance, such as oiling the machine and changing needles or bobbins.
• Safety: Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Productivity: Meet daily production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Skills & Qualifications :-
• Experience: Previous experience as a sewing machine operator in a garment factory or textile unit.
• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand sewing patterns and technical sketches.
• Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to handle delicate fabrics.
• Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for identifying small errors in stitching or fabric quality.
• Stamina: Physical ability to sit for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
