To mobilize, counsel, and enroll rural and tribal youth into skill development and livelihood training programs, ensuring maximum participation and successful placement/self-employment outcomes.
Conduct village-level meetings, awareness camps, and outreach activities in rural and tribal area
. Identify eligible candidates as per scheme guidelines (age, education, category)
. Work closely with training center staff, placement team, and block/district officials
. Maintain daily mobilization reports, attendance, and MIS data
. Track leads, conversions, and training outcomes
