Programs
1. Attending families who comes for observation before their inmate’s admission
2. Receiving cases with support of staff nurses and care takers.
3. Rehabilitation focused case history taking for new admission format updation, assesment- DAS, Socio demographic format bund scales
4. Monthly MSE (Mental status examination) updation as per the schedule
5. Daily attending the dining activity
6. Coordinating counselling for eligible residents
7. Coordinating group session and group activity with support of social worker’s staff nurse and caretakers
8. Monitering the rersidents morning activities and vocational activity like garden, dairy farm, goat farm, vermicompost, paper cover Unit, tailoring unit, bakery team, sungadi team and kitchen team to do regular with vessels cleaning team, the and regular attendance
9. Coordinating family session in psycho education to families
10. Coordinating visit of Psychiatrist, Medical officer, Physio theraphy, Occupational theraphy, Yoga theraphy
11. Home stay, hospitalization, leave, need basis consultation of D.P
12. Coordinating Placement for residents – consultation with family, placement officer and director programs.
13. Demand follow up/ arrear with parents and given supportive documents give to accounts for demand preparation (Bills, vouchers, leave, homestay, hospitalization, letter for our resident etc)
14. Coordinating Discharge process follow up/after discharge follow-up accounts procedure close/ home visit etc
15. Case file updation
16. As a building in charge, rectify issues (Building needs / Maintenance /Residents needs etc.) with support of admin staffs.
17. Submitting reports / statements (Internal & External) as per the schedule.
18. Additional duties as assigned or deemed necessary for effective business operations
