?? About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and passionate Trainers who are eager to work at the grassroots level and contribute to youth development. This is a field-based role requiring strong engagement and training delivery skills.

?? Key Responsibilities
?? Deliver training sessions on employability and life skills
?? Facilitate interactive and engaging learning experiences
?? Monitor and track trainee progress
?? Support youth in building communication and workplace readiness
?? Work closely with local communities and stakeholders

?? Who Should Apply?
?? Minimum Graduate in any discipline
?? 1–2 years of experience in training or facilitation preferred
?? Strong communication and presentation skills
?? Willingness to travel extensively
?? Open to relocation as per project requirements
