Saksham Ashram invites applications from qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Project Coordinator to support and strengthen community development initiatives in the region.
Location: Rajim, Gariaband District, Chhattisgarh

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and supervise project implementation activities
* Prepare project plans, reports, and documentation.
* Liaise with government departments, stakeholders, and community institutions
* Conduct field visits, monitoring, and evaluation activities
* Organize training programs, meetings, and awareness campaigns
* Ensure timely reporting and effective team coordination

Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Master's/Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Sociology, or related field
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in NGO/community development sector
* Strong communication, reporting, documentation and coordination skills
* Knowledge of government schemes and grassroots development programs
* Proficiency in MS Office, documentation, concept notes and proposal writing.

Preference:
Candidates with experience in livelihoods, women & child development, tribal development, or community mobilisation will be preferred.

Salary:
Negotiable based on qualification and experience.
