The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) invites proposals from qualified consultants / implementation partners for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of an Expense Management System (EMS) for IPPF.

Background
The International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) is a global service provider and a leading advocate of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) for all, operating through a network of Member Associations and offices across multiple countries and regions.
IPPF intends to implement a centralized Expense Management System (EMS) to streamline and automate employee expense management, vendor invoice processing, corporate card reconciliation and related approval workflows across the organization.
The proposed EMS is expected to support workflow automation, OCR-enabled document processing, multilingual functionality, reporting and analytics, integration with existing enterprise systems including NetSuite and Kofax, and secure access through web and mobile platforms.
IPPF is therefore seeking proposals from experienced consultants / implementation partners for the design, configuration, development, implementation, rollout and support of the EMS solution in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR).
